Through our DivyaSadan Social Centre,  we empower the women to study, be self-confident and self-reliant. DSSC participated with greater zeal and enthusiasm in the movement of development. The Centre showed greater sensitivity to deal with human situations of poverty, ever increasing marginalization of the poor, organized exploitation and denial of constitutionand the rights of the tribal and dalit communities. Training was provided to the Staff through group work, etc. They were made to understand the importance of being socialminded people and service-oriented, hardworking and always available to the people.

For the past 50 years DivyaSadan Social Centre brought about a positive impacted in the lives of thousands of poor families and target groups. One of the major thrusts of DSSC has always been to build up the inner potentials and capacities of the individuals and communities.DivyaSadan Social Centre’s SHGs women are doing excellent work in IGP in Urban, Rural and in Slums.   Women have started Income Generation activities such as petty shops, Beauty parlour, General Store, cultivation of vegetables, Buffaloes, Goat rearing, Cutlery and Stationery shops, Cloth shop, Mess, Tailoring, and Farming etc. Most of the women are self-reliant, and are earning their livelihood. Different trainings are given to be self-employed and take the lead role in society.Besides development of the women and youth, education of children, adults, Balwadis in the villages special training is given to the farmers to avoid using chemical pesticide to destroy weeds which used to be their common practice.   Women cell services is started to help the couples to come together once again.
